Your opportunity to provide your feedback and opinion on using council websites.

From Monday 12th February, for 3 weeks, UCLan will be holding several focus groups on behalf of South Ribble, Chorley and Preston Councils and we are in search of participants to come and share their experience while using Council services online. We'd also like to hear from those who prefer not to engage online with the councils to understand your reasons why.

There are 12 sessions across 6 dates in different locations around the borough and the sessions are 2 hours long. The discussions will be facilitated by UCLan and your feedback will be anonymous.

A report into the findings on these sessions will be made available in the coming months.

Participants will receive a £30.00 One4All gift voucher at the end of the session as a thank you for their time and feedback.

This research forms part of a Discovery Research project that Chorley, South Ribble and Preston Councils are working together to complete as part of the Local Digital Funding - Round 6.
