View Council Tax bill online
You can view your Council Tax bill using our Council Tax online service (e-citizen).
Using our Council Tax online service, you can view Council Tax details such as:
- the balance on your account
- payments you have made
- correspondence we have sent you.
You will need to create an account for this service - please note this is a separate account to the Chorley MyAccount that you may already have for other council service requests.
Register for a Council Tax online account
To register for a Council Tax online account, you will need:
- an email address
- to create a password that must be at least 8 characters long
- your Council Tax reference number, which can be found on your Council Tax bill.
You can also receive your Council Tax bill via email, you can sign up for e-billing once you have created a Council Tax online account.
