Below is an application form for Local (or National) Restrictions Support Grants which you can use if you think your business is eligible for one of the Local or National Restrictions Support Grants listed:
Please note: if you have already made a previous application for a Local Restriction Support Grant using the form below and wish to apply for further Local Restrictions Support Grants (such as funding for Tier 3 (2 to 30 December 2020), Tier 4 (2 to 30 December 2020) or latest national lockdown restrictions (from 5 January 2021), you do not need to reapply, we will be in touch. Your original application will provide us with information required to let you know about possible future funding.

Apply for Local or National Restrictions Support Grant

This is for businesses that have been mandated to close by government from 5 November to 2 December and from 5 January 2021, including non-essential retail, leisure, personal care, sports facilities and hospitality businesses.
Businesses that have been required to close due to national restrictions imposed by government as of 5 January 2021 may be eligible for a one-off grant of up to £9,000 (Closed Businesses Lockdown Payment).

Chorley was placed in Tier 2 on Thursday 24 September 2020 and Tier 3 on Saturday 17 or 19 October 2020, then again on 2 December, along with the rest of Lancashire. This support is aimed at businesses that have not had to close but which have been severely impacted due to local restrictions (Local COVID alert levels: High or Very High).
This is a discretionary fund and the government expects the funding to be targeted at hospitality, hotel, bed and breakfast and leisure businesses, which we will be prioritising with this fund. View information on the business types this fund may include.
